WAIMARIE HUTT VALLEY CROQUET CLUB COMMITTEE MINUTES
In any given season, the Waimarie Hutt Valley Committee usually meets once a month. Sometimes we have an extra meeting to catch up on business or for a special purpose. The Club Secretary writes minutes for each meeting and these, sent to all committee members, are published in the folder on the end of the clubroom notice board.
Nowadays nearly all our active members have computer access, so these minutes are available by clicking below.
The minutes listed here are a month behind. They are written after one meeting, approved at the next and then published below. There is not usually a meeting in January.

AGM MINUTES
An Annual General Meeting is held every year in May when the Minutes of the previous years' AGM are approved.
